I am not able to find a Python-based job in India. What should I do?
You're trying. You're really trying hard. But in the wrong way. There is a huge difference between learning something from tutorials,books etc and actually making use of all that knowledge to build something useful. Imagine yourself as a hiring manager of a startup. You will probably be receiving 100's of resumes per day (1000's if you are a well-funded startup) Now, 99% percent of the resumes you read will have the same stuff. "Knows Python. Completed Python course in Codecademy. Completed 2 Scoops of Django.. etc .. etc" Now as a hiring manager, will you even call up these guys to schedule an interview? Nope. You won't. Because this is just another resume among 100's. This resume doesn't show your skills whatsoever. It just shows that you have aimlessly spent time in learning something and never put it to use. Here's what you should be doing instead: Build a website. Start a blog for yourself in Django. Release a python package. Write python scripts which will automate some monotonous task. Build something from what you've learnt! And that is how you catch the attention of companies. They see a resume which says "Completed python course in codecademy. Built a personal blog with Django and used Heroku for deploying. Live at <your website>". And bang! Congratulations! You have finally caught the attention of the hiring manager! Rule of thumb if you want to get hired: Learning is not enough. You learn something, you MUST put it to use.

Just going through books and having rote theoretical knowledge is not enough. For people to find you for your talent in Python, you need to have few many projects in Python, and you need to have the full executable code in Github. That way, recruiters who are looking for python coders will be able to locate you in Github and offer you an interview. Same applies to finding you through linkedin. Just having knowledge won't be enough if there is nothing to show for it. If you do projects in Python and upload it to Github, complete your linkedin profile, and do whatever is required, you will be found by recruiters from all over the world. Profile matters - knowledge that's inside your head can only be seen with what you have done outside. So do that.
